Mårten Lunde Chief Executive Officer	Mårten Lunde took up the position as CEO in Fred. Olsen Production at the date of listing the company, 11 May 2007. He left his previous position as CFO in Fred. Olsen & Co which provides management and administrative services to the two companies Ganger Rolf ASA and Bonheur ASA, both listed at Oslo Børs. Prior to that position Mr. Lunde was the CFO of the stock listed offshore drilling company Fred. Olsen Energy ASA. Previously, Mr. Lunde worked with Petroleum Geo-Services ASA as finance director from 1994 until 1999. His past experience also includes several years within banking and finance. Mr. Lunde is a graduate of the Norwegian School of Business and Economics.
Paal Hylin Chief Operating Officer	Paal Hylin has been with FOP since 2005. Paal has worked in the offshore oil industry since 1989 and has held senior positions in ExxonMobil and PGS before he joined Fred. Olsen Production. He has a Master of Science from Norwegian Institute of Technology and a Master of Petroleum Economics from Institut Français du Pétrole, France.
Jørn T. Røkaas Acting Chief Financial Officer	Jørn T. Røkaas took up the position as CFO in Fred. Olsen Production, 1 January 2009. He left the position as Vice President Finance in Fred. Olsen & Co which provides management and administrative services to the two companies Ganger Rolf ASA and Bonheur ASA, both listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Prior to this Mr. Røkaas had senior management positions within the shipping and maritime companies Agdesidens Rederi AS, Kværner Shipping AS and Irgens Larsen AS. He is a graduate of the Norwegian School of Management and has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Kristin Alm HR Manager	Kristin Alm has been with FOP since November 2005, coming from the position as Business Controller in Fred. Olsen Marine Services. She has more than 18 years of experience from various Economy and Financial position within the Fred. Olsen Group. She holds a bachelor degree in Shipping Economics from Agder University College and a Master of Management in Shipping from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
Nils Herman Kiær Vice President –Technical	Nils Herman Kiær has been with FOP since August 2005. Nils Herman has over 20 years of experience from the offshore industry, mainly from Kværner Engineering AS and Saga Petroleum / Norsk Hydro ASA. Nils Herman has held a number of leading positions within FSO and FPSO development projects covering concept development and pre-PDO phases through realization and operation. He has also managed offshore modification projects. Nils Herman has a Master degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineer from the Norwegian Institute of Technology with post graduate education in business administration.
David Brunt Vice President – Business Development & Contracts	David Brunt was appointed head of business development in Fred. Olsen Production ASA in February 2008. He has worked in the offshore oil industry since 1985 and joined FOP from Aker Kværner where he held various senior positions within business development and project execution - most recently as responsible for all of StatoilHydro's subsea projects. Previously, David worked with floating production in PGS, and with Conoco in a range of international project and operations positions.  He has a Master degree in Chemical Engineering from Cambridge University, UK.
Ivar Lysberg Vice President - Operations	Ivar Lysberg joined FOP in January 2007 from the position as Sales and Marketing Manager in Vetco Aibel. Lysberg holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Business Administration degree from NKI Technical College. He has held several management positions in offshore oil and gas projects, latest as Manager - Topsides and Deputy Project Manager on the Knock Allan FPSO Conversion Project.
