Ever since 1994 and the start of our floating production operations, Fred. Olsen Marine Services (FOM) has operated FSOs/FPSOs for Fred. Olsen Production (FOP). FOM’s maritime traditions and culture combined with the dedication of its staff has ensured the consistently safe, stable and efficient operation of the fleet. The combined experiences of FOM and FOP are based on activities within the shipping and offshore sectors over a period of more than 150 years.
Our companies enjoy a good reputation and our shareholders should be confident that we continue to work and improve in order to maintain this reputation.
Our industry is competitive, and our ability to preserve and develop our reputation is a key success criteria towards stakeholders such as capital providers, clients and employees.
Operations take place in a range of countries and jurisdictions with personnel whose background and cultures are multi-faceted. We have therefore implemented Codes of Conduct to be observed by all personnel acting for our companies in order to develop a more uniform standard of behavior, maintain our ethical standards and operate a transparent business. These Codes of Conduct provide guidance to actions and decisions for all personnel acting for our companies.
Similar business ethics are expected from our subcontractors, clients, agents and consultants.
